HVAC System

The building is cooled by a central HVAC system that was fully recommissioned in 2015. Major system components include two 500-ton cooling towers (installed 2008 and 2010) and two 450-ton centrifugal chillers (fully rebuilt in 2016). The HVAC system includes a leading online work order system and features an online preventative maintenance system that allows for remote access and ultimate controllability. The two levels of underground parking garage space have a fresh air supply and return fan system and CO2 detection.
